Yendo’s senior leadership team is very focused on converting new consumers, lowering customer acquisition costs and increasing their lifetime value.

In order to support that mission, my team and I did a few things:
- Consistently proposed tests for our application funnel to understand what would lift conversion

  • Conducted research and analyzed customer feedback given to ops and customer service to understand what customers resonated with and what they were lacking
