Yendo’s senior leadership team is very focused on converting new consumers, lowering customer acquisition costs and increasing their lifetime value.
In order to support that mission, my team and I did a few things:
- Consistently proposed tests for our application funnel to understand what would lift conversion
Conducted research and analyzed customer feedback given to ops and customer service to understand what customers resonated with and what they were lacking
